Tire Changing Clinic
This will be a hands-on clinic where the participants learn how to change their own tire/tube under close supervision of a BikeSource mechanic.

Have you ever gotten a flat out on a ride and wished you had the knowledge and equipment to fix it yourself and keep riding? That’s what this clinic is all about. You’ll bring in your own bike and change your own tire and tube. We’ll be there instructing you every step of the way. We teach you the proper technique and educate you about what equipment you need and don’t need. Next time you get a flat you’ll have the confidence to tackle it and keep on riding!

Bikes Need Love Too!
Take care of your bike and it will take care of you! This is another hands-on clinic teaching participants how to maintain and care for their bikes.

Ever wonder what a certain part of the bike was called, or how to lube the chain, or how to clean your bike? Have you ever been frustrated by a rubbing brake when you got ready to ride or a time when your bike wouldn’t stay in the right gear? In this clinic we’ll teach you the anatomy of the bike; we’ll teach you how to properly lube your chain and clean your bike.  We’ll go over what things you need to be doing to maintain your bike in great working condition and what to look for as things begin to wear out. We’ll also teach you how to do basic adjustments on the bike like fixing that rubbing brake or what to do when it won’t shift properly.

Training For Your Big Ride
Whether your big ride is a one-day 50 mile ride or it’s a four-day 300+ mile ride across Ohio, we want to help you get there feeling great and not torn all to pieces.

This will be a clinic geared towards helping participants understand what they need to be doing and when, to make their big ride a fun and rewarding experience. We’ll discuss when you need to start training, what your training schedule should look  like, and anything else you want to talk about….clothing, saddle sores, aches and pains, equipment, gear, nutrition, etc., etc..

No-Nonsense Nutrition
This presentation will help you have a clear understanding of the confusing world of nutrition products.

We’ll discuss the difference between instant energy products and all-day endurance energy products as well as what foods you should be eating and not eating. We’ll talk about what will help you recover from a hard training ride as well as what you should be doing if you want to lose weight, or bulk up while training. It’s important to understand that this will not be a presentation just to tell you about how to use the nutrition products we carry; it’s about helping you become educated in eating properly to meet your goals for the upcoming season during training as well as the event itself.

Tri Bike Clinic
Tri athletes, we know you’re busy, but put this clinic on your training schedule and learn how to keep your bike in top shape this season.
This will be a general maintenance clinic very similar to the “Bikes Need Love Too” clinic above but geared more towards tri-bikes. 

Mountain Bike Clinic
A clinic designed to help you get the most out of your mountain bike. When the single-track is     prime, we want you riding and not worrying about your bike. 

This clinic will also be a lot like the “Bikes Need Love Too” clinic above but all about mountain bikes. We’ll go over how to set up your suspension properly and how to fix that disc brake that decided to start rubbing at the trailhead. Other topics of discussion might be what gear to carry in your pack, whether to go tubeless or not, or even when to service your shock and fork or suspension bearings.


Clinics are FREE! They will all start at 8:15pm. 
The “Training For Your Big Ride” and “No-Nonsense Nutrition” clinics will last about 60 to 80 minutes. The “Tire Changing” and “Bike Maintenance” clinics will probably run 2hrs in length.

One-On-One With A Mechanic
An opportunity for you to get one-on-one time with a mechanic and work on whatever you want!

Ever wish you could do your own adjustments and maintenance on your own bike? Well now’s your chance. It could be overhauling your suspension fork, learning how to adjust a derailleur, or completely building up your own bike. Maybe you always wanted to know how to take off your entire drive train, clean it, and reassemble your bike. Or perhaps you would like a personal class on changing a tire or tube or building a wheel….whatever you’d like to work on. These classes are scheduled between you and the mechanic, and the duration and number of sessions is up to you. Price is $60 per hour session.
